Clinical Trials in the Nordic Countries Review
Clinical Trials in the Nordic Countries, June 15-16 2016 follow up
We enjoyed the recent Clinical Trials in the Nordic Countries conference in Stockholm. The highly informative talks included detailed sessions from the EMA about the current status of the EU portal and plans for its implementation, updates to Eudralex volume 10 documents, and of course the status and changes to the Addendum for ICH GCP. Other highlights for us were the sessions about new national initiatives in each of the Nordic countries to facilitate and coordinate clinical trials. It was also useful as ever to learn from inspection findings, which on this occasion were presented by the Swedish and Danish inspectors. Overall this was a positive event that will help bring the industry together in finding more ways to improve clinical trials.
